Frank Ford

CEO – DICE ENTERTAINMENT GROUP

Frank Ford is one of the co-founders and newly appointed CEO of Dice Entertainment Group. He has many unique skill sets in not only bringing the right teams together but also re-framing what winning means, focusing on beating the odds, putting dynamics ahead of mechanics and making bold moves early to better position Dice for long term success!

Prior to Dice, Frank was the founder of Evolve Media Group, where they identified and created deep rooted relationships with their clients (Celebrities, Athletes and Musicians) and applied creative/innovative endorsement strategies/opportunities into the channels that made the biggest impact for both parties. By leveraging his strategic partnerships EMG focused on their partners’ vision and by doing so created a full-service endorsement strategy company that offered the complete spectrum of services found in a larger firm while maintaining the close client relationships and attention to detail of a boutique agency.

Frank has a number of strategic partnerships/relationships with nearly every team in the NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL along with the leagues in the Professional Sporting Industry. He also works extensively with Fortune 500 companies, Franchises, Publishing Houses(book/music), Athlete/Talent and Artist Management/Representation.

Aaron Phillips

AP has unparalleled experience in entertainment. From promising young talent to renowned artists, he has worked with and managed some of the biggest names in the industry including Pink, Carl (Chucky) Thompson, Mary J. Blige, Dante Thomas, Dr. Dre and Nikki Williams. A natural leader with the ability to think critically and creatively, AP brings fresh perspective, relativity and relatability to content development. Jeremy Ostermiller

Jeremy started his first business at 15.  He later went on and launched one of the fastest growing digital media companies in the country [Altitude Digital], which he started with only $500 [no, that’s not a typo.] He has some serious clout in the digital media world, bringing programmatic advertising content to internet-connected screens & displays around the world. To top it all off, he’s also a massively successful & well known promoter in the music industry.
